At Miluvee, we strive to process and ship your orders promptly. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within Canada and the United States, and 7–15 business days for international destinations. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 globally. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for easy tracking of your delivery.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects, or for gift cards.
